Cycle Reset: Bike Service is the maintenance logbook built for riders who trust mileage, not guesswork. Track chain stretch, brake pad thickness, and tire wear — entirely on your device.
Eight focused tools that turn your ride data into a real maintenance schedule — no cloud, no permissions, no noise.
Real-time elongation estimates from your logged mileage, flagged before skipping starts.
Watch remaining pad material shrink as you ride, with clear replace-now thresholds.
Model rubber wear against surface type so you know exactly when grip starts to fade.
Rotate two or three chains in a loop to spread cassette wear and stretch its lifespan.
Pavement, rain, mud, or mountain terrain each adjust wear math to match reality.
Full-build service reminders calculated from cumulative mileage and terrain load.
Keep exact component part numbers on hand for fast, accurate shop visits.
No account, no internet, no invasive permissions — every log stays on your device.
This is a simplified version of the math running inside the app. Set your mileage and riding conditions to see chain, brake pad, and overhaul wear update instantly.
We're a small crew of cyclists, wrench-turners, and former shop mechanics who got tired of maintenance apps that demanded an account just to log a chain replacement. Cycle Reset was built by people who'd rather be riding — and who wanted a logbook that respects that.
Our mission is precision without the guesswork. Every gear, cable, and bearing wears at its own rate, and we believe riders deserve maintenance predictions built on their actual mileage and terrain — not a generic "service every 3 months" sticker.
That's why Cycle Reset works as a completely offline maintenance logbook: real-time wear tracking for chain stretch, brake pads, and tire compound, smart condition multipliers for pavement, rain, mud, and mountain terrain, and multi-chain rotation tools that stretch cassette life — all stored privately on your device.
Track the wear. Rotate the chain. Ride on — offline, always.
Cycle Reset: Bike Service was built on a simple rule: your bike's maintenance data belongs to you, and only you. This app operates entirely offline, requires no account, and is designed from the ground up to avoid collecting, storing, or transmitting any personal or usage information. This policy explains exactly how that works.
We do not collect any information. Cycle Reset does not request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. There are no sign-up forms, no login screens, and no hidden telemetry. Every bike, component, and mileage entry you create stays inside the app itself.
Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine inside this app and no behavioral tracking of any kind. Your maintenance logs, wear calculations, and specs catalog exist purely to help you take care of your bicycle.
All service history, wear tracking figures, chain rotation records, and component specs are stored locally on your device's storage, using standard on-device app storage mechanisms. Nothing is synced to a server, mirrored to a cloud account, or backed up to any Cycle Reset infrastructure — because no such infrastructure exists for your data.
Cycle Reset does not integrate third-party analytics software development kits, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. The app does not communicate with external servers to function, and it does not share data with partners, affiliates, or data brokers, because it has none to share.
Since your maintenance records never leave your device, the greatest security safeguard is architectural: there is no transmission path for a breach to intercept. We design every feature — from wear calculators to the specs catalog — to run locally, minimizing any exposure of your information.
Cycle Reset is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age, because it does not collect information at all. The app contains no chat features, user-generated content sharing, or external communication tools that could expose a young rider to outside contact.
You are always in complete control of your data. There are no accounts to manage or delete, because none are created. If you wish to remove all logged bikes, service history, and wear data, simply uninstalling the app permanently erases everything stored on your device.
If this privacy policy is ever updated, the revised version will be published within the app and on this page, along with a new effective date at the top of this document. We will never change our core commitment: Cycle Reset stays offline by design.
